Shipping Information
- Orders placed by campus residents will be held for pickup only at the Bronco Bookstore. During back to school the window is open from the outside of the Bookstore on the second level. During non rush times you can pick up your order from the upstairs Book Information Counter.
- Orders that were selected to be shipped will be done via United States Postal Mail or UPS Ground. Web orders placed Monday – Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days during most times, but occasionally take longer during peak periods. The Bronco Bookstore shipping department is closed on weekends, however we accept orders online 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
- International Shipping will be quoted on a case by case method. Place your order and the Bookstore will send you a shipping cost that you can accept or decline. Once you accept we will process your order and add the determined shipping fee.
- During the first week of classes there may be delays in processing due to high volume of orders and the lead time will increase.
- To insure prompt delivery, double check your address (it should match your credit card billing address), and be sure to include your apartment number if applicable. Entering a P.O. Box, incomplete or inaccurate street address will delay your order. UPS policy is not to deliver to any P.O. Boxes so if using a P.O. Box chose USPS
- No refund will be issued for shipping charges for any returned items.
