Can I shop in-store?


Yes. The Bronco Bookstore is now open for in-store shopping. Hours are subject to change at any time to meet current conditions. Please read posted hours on website.

Is the bookstore taking any health and safety precautions when I shop in-store?

I want to return my Graduation Regalia, how long do I have?


Following the university's message postponing commencement ceremonies until further notice, the Bronco Bookstore is working to adjust our regalia return deadlines. While new commencement dates are yet to be determined, our policy is to provide a full refund up to the start of the first ceremony for all unopened items with a receipt. We will specify these dates and finalize our policy as soon as commencement reschedules are announced through Cal Poly Pomona.

Should I still buy regalia since commencement was rescheduled?


Although commencement ceremonies will be rescheduled from their original May 15 - 17 dates, we recommend you buy your regalia as soon as you can to ensure we can replenish items to meet your needs. We advise you to save your receipt and keep items in their original condition so you can return them if needed.

How do I get my Fall textbooks?


You can order your books online either from the “Bookstore – Get/View Textbooks” link in your Student Center on Bronco Direct”, or by using the drop-down menus to look up your classes here: https://Pomona.verbacompare.com. Web orders can be shipped to your address or picked up at our web order pick up window during posted hours. We strongly encourage you to choose the digital/e-book versions of your materials wherever available. Pay attention to the NOTE: section as that will let you know if the course is part of our Instant Access program.

Course Materials may also be purchased/rented in person at our pick-up counter for students who can’t pay online and those who have sponsored funding (ex: VA, Dept. of Rehab, Project Success, Completion Grant). Please come prepared by looking up your required books/materials and compiling your booklist before you come so our staff can pull your items efficiently.

Can I get a digital version of my textbook?


Yes. Bronco Bookstore offers digital versions of many books both in-store and online from RedShelf and VitalSource. Some course readers are also available in a digital format.

Additionally, these eBook partners have stepped up to offer students access to materials during this challenging period without additional cost:

Vital Source: Their Vital Source Helps program gives current CPP students access to up to 7 free e-books through the end of the semester. To use this resource, students should go to bookshelf.vitalsource.com, login or create an account with their CPP email address, and click on the “Explore” tab.

RedShelf: RedShelf Responds program gives current CPP students access to up to 7 free e-books through the end of the semester. To use this resource, students should go to https://studentresponse.redshelf.com/ log in or create a RedhShelf account with their CPP email address and search for books by author, title or ISBN.

What delivery options are available?


Online orders can be picked up in the store during operating hours, or shipped to off-campus addresses via UPS.


What is the online ordering process?

We offer secure online ordering through our encrypted order forms. Once you have added items in your basket, and are ready to checkout you will need to create an account. If you have already created an account with us, please log in. There is an option to send your password if needed.

It is important that you create your account with an active email address. We will send you a confirmation with your order number in an email to that address.

Also, your account information should not be order specific. You should give us your valid contact information. After you log in, you will be taken to pages where you can enter in different shipping or payment information.

You’ll receive your order number once you have completed the order.

We will notify you if we are out of stock on an item you order. Please supply us with a daytime phone number and email address (if you check it frequently) so that we may contact you if necessary.

Is the Bronco Bookstore Online a Secure Web Site?

Answer: Yes, all the information that you enter is encrypted and send to us, and only us, for the sole purpose that you intended.

What happens when I enter my Credit Card information?

Answer: Your information is encrypted using a process called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is the industry standard for processing a secure transaction over the internet.

What about my E-mail address?

Answer: Either through surveys, ordering or email inquires your e-mail address will not be given to any third party. You may occassionally receive promotional announcements from the the Bronco Bookstore or Foundation affiliates.. You will at all times have the option to opt-out from receiving any of these emails.

How do I order clothing or gifts from your web page?

Answer:First locate the item in our inventory and select the size, color, etc. Then add it to your basket. Once you have finished shopping then go to your basket and select check out. This will promote you to enter some information about your current address, mailing address and credit card information.

What if I don’t want to order online?

Answer:Although we are confident that our secure server provides safe and secure online ordering, we understand that some customers may prefer to order through other means. This is not a problem. Simply send us your order by mail, fax, or call us @ (909) 869-3274.

Do you verify address before you send anything?

Answer: We individually verify the billing address of each credit card used in phone or online orders. This is done to provide added security and prevent fraud. We ask for the billing address of your card and personally verify its authenticity. This makes a stolen card or number worthless to a thief who doesn’t know your billing address.
