I want to return my Graduation Regalia, how long do I have?
Following the university's message postponing commencement ceremonies until further notice, the Bronco Bookstore is working to adjust our regalia return deadlines. While new commencement dates are yet to be determined, our policy is to provide a full refund up to the start of the first ceremony for all unopened items with a receipt. We will specify these dates and finalize our policy as soon as commencement reschedules are announced through Cal Poly Pomona.
Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
Is Grad Fair postponed or canceled?
The 2020 Grad Fair will continue as usual on March 17 & 18 from 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. to fulfill your commencement regalia needs. Commencement regalia will continue to be available to order online to have shipped or picked up in-store after that. For updates check back often or our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/broncobookstore/
Should I still buy regalia since commencement was rescheduled?
Although commencement ceremonies will be rescheduled from their original May 15 - 17 dates, we recommend you buy your regalia as soon as you can to ensure we can replenish items to meet your needs. We advise you to save your receipt and keep items in their original condition so you can return them if needed.
Since commencement will be rescheduled, are we still required to purchase regalia by the original commencement dates?
There is no deadline for regalia purchases. We recommend you buy your regalia as soon as you can to ensure we can replenish items to meet your needs. We advise you to save your receipt and keep items in their original condition so you can return them if needed.
Are Grad Fair offers still set to expire on March 18?
Grad Fair Offers are extended until supplies last. The item that changes is the limited offer Hood/Tee combo. Once that supply is depleted, the package changes to no longer include this item. The rest of the items should be available. In a normal situation, we have sales data that allows us to know when to purchase extra sizes or degree colors that might be affected by the change in flow due to current conditions. Depending on the current state of shipments and date of the rescheduled ceremonies, we may or may not be able to replenish these items. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase as soon as you can, also save your receipt and keep in original condition so you can return if needed.
