Return Policies

IMPORTANT: Most course materials are provided via the Instant Access Complete Program, which students have through the end of the drop/add period to opt out of. Refunds for IAC charges are handled by Student Accounts & Cashier Services.
The refund policy information posted here applies strictly to items purchased outside of IAC.

TEXTBOOKS REFUND PERIODS:

Regular Semesters: Textbooks/course materials purchased from Bronco Bookstore whether in-store or on our website are refundable through the Friday of the first full week of classes of the semester, provided the requirements below are met. Additionally, materials for dropped courses may be returned through the Friday of the 2nd full week of courses, with proof of dropped class.

Winter Intersession:

Textbooks/course materials purchased from Bronco Bookstore whether in-store or on our website are refundable through the Friday of the first week of winter session, provided the requirements below are met.

Summer Term:

Textbooks/course materials purchased from Bronco Bookstore whether in-store or on our website are refundable through the 5th business day of the summer session for which the materials were purchased (proof of registration in 2nd 5-week session will be required) provided the requirements below are met.

Textbook Refund Requirements

• Customers must have valid receipt or web order#
• New books must be free of marks and wear for a full refund. Used books must be in saleable condition.
• Shrink-wrapped course material, access codes, or other sealed items may be refunded if opened provided store staff can verify all contents are present and unused and access codes have not been activated. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if above conditions aren’t met but some portion of the materials remains resaleable.
• All books must have price/bar code stickers intact

E-BOOK REFUND INFORMATION

VitalSource e-books purchased either directly from Bronco Bookstore or via our affiliate VitalSource page are governed by VitalSource’s return policy and may only be refunded:

• Refund occurs within 14 days of purchase

AND

• No more than 20% of the book has been viewed.

ADDITIONAL TEXTBOOK REFUND INFORMATION

•      All Textbook sales/rentals are FINAL outside the refund periods listed above.
•       Reference books and study aids not required for CPP courses are not refundable or exchangeable
•       Credit card purchases will be issued a credit to the same card, customer must present that card at time of refund.
•       Checks returned to the Bronco Bookstore are subject to a $25.00 returned check charge

One day after the drop/add deadline for each session.
