TEXTBOOK REFUND AND RENTAL RETURN PERIOD**
2022 SPRING
Regular Refunds
Last Day is 1/28/22
with receipt dated 11/1/21-1/28/22
Class Drop Refunds
Last day is 2/4/22
with proof of dropped class and receipt dated 11/1/21 – 2/4/22
Textbook Rental important Dates
Last day to convert rental to purchase for balance of retail price 2/4/22
SPRING 2022 RENTALS DUE DATE 5/20/2022
** Book rentals can be returned at Bronco Bookstore through the dropbox locating right outside the bookstore. Please visit our FAQ section for alternative methods of returning your textbooks.
ADDITIONAL RETURN GUIDELINES:
- All Textbook sales are FINAL outside the refund period
- New books must be free of marks and wear for a full refund
- Shrink-wrapped course material, software, or other sealed items will not be refunded if opened
- All books must have price/bar code stickers intact
- Reference books and study aids are not refundable or exchangeable
- Credit card purchases will be issued a credit to the same card, customer must present that card at time of refund.
- Purchases made by check may be issued a credit voucher, redeemable 25 business days after the date of purchase
- Checks returned to the Bronco Bookstore are subject to a $25.00 returned check charge

Jumpbooks - Digital Textbooks
Digital Textbooks provided by RedShelf are eligible for a full refund if:
eBooks
eBooks are refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Additionally, RedShelf cannot fulfill refund requests if more than 10% of the product has been viewed and/or if any page(s) of the product has been printed.
For refunds of purchases made within a bookstore, please contact the bookstore where the item was purchased. Please note that the same refund rules listed here apply to purchase made within a bookstore.
Print Materials (Including Print-On-Demand)
Print materials, including print-on-demand products, are non-refundable.
Publisher Access Codes
McGraw-HillRefunds for McGraw-Hill access codes are permitted if requested within Bookstore refund period.
CengageRefunds for Cengage access codes are permitted with proof of dropping the associated course.

Credit card purchases will be issued a charge credit.
Purchases made by check will be issued a credit voucher, redeemable 25 business days after the date of purchase, or with bank proof of clearance. Checks returned to the Bronco Bookstore are subject to a $25.00 returned check charge.

If you purchased your book or merchandise online the same refund/exchange policies listed above will apply. Return the merchandise to the Bronco Bookstore, either by mail or in person, following these guidelines.

ALL returns/exchanges must be within 7 DAYS of original purchase date and receipt must be presented with items UNOPENED.
We are unable to do any refunds or exchanges if items are open and not in original packaging.
All SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL sale.

Refunds or exchanged allowed within 30 days of purchase with product in original condition, unwashed (if applicable) and packaging UNOPENED and tickets/price tags unremoved. All returned merchandise must be in new original condition. Other return policies may apply.
